Normoxic Trimix / Normoxic Trimix Plus Diver course: 4 days, 4 dives, to 75 m
Why take the Normoxic Trimix / Normoxic Trimix Plus Diver course?
Diving past 50 m (170 ft) demands polished skills, substantial experience and mental resilience for deep, helium-based dives. The Normoxic Trimix course prepares you for these dives. Mastering them unlocks access to unexplored wrecks, caves and other frontiers beyond Technical Diver or Advanced Recreational Trimix limits. So it is perfect for anyone drawn to true exploration. Proficiency at these depths opens the door to project diving, exploration and discovery. It is for anyone who wants to take on the challenge.
Who is it for?
The Normoxic Trimix course enhances deep-diving proficiency with helium breathing gases and oxygen-enriched decompression gases. It is for experienced technical divers who wish to refine their deep Trimix capabilities. The course prepares you to operate safely and confidently to 75 m (250 ft) while carrying up to three stage and deco cylinders.
What will I learn?
- Using multiple stages; Trimix with higher helium percentages
- Gas management and oxygen management
- Extended, accelerated, omitted and general decompression strategies
- Dive planning and managing multiple cylinders
Graduates receive an internationally recognized certification. It permits diving to depths of up to 75 m (250 ft) on oxygen and helium mixtures. The oxygen concentration runs from 16 to 100 percent.
