Who we are

What this site collects
The site has no user accounts, no comment forms and no order forms. You contact us through WhatsApp or the links to our social media; what you write there is handled by those services under their own terms and privacy policies, and by us as your booking correspondence.
Analytics and advertising
We use the following services. They set cookies and collect data about your visit. That means pages viewed, time, device and browser, approximate location, the source you came from, and whether you clicked the WhatsApp button:

The WhatsApp button
The Click to Chat plugin powers the WhatsApp buttons on the site. A click opens WhatsApp with our number. The site records the click as an event for the statistics above and does not store your number or your message.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. On this site Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel set them for the purposes above. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, because the site works without them.
Embedded content
Pages embed content from other websites: Instagram feeds, YouTube videos, Google Maps through the interactive map of the cenotes. Embedded content behaves as if you visited those websites. So they may set their own cookies and collect data about your interaction with it.
